Julio Genao

Chef Julio Genao was the Executive Chef at Manhattan’s Casa Nonna and Chef de Cuisine at the city’s Aurora Restaurante. Now, the Executive Chef at Prime Stamford, Chef Julio is bringing Manhattan flair to the Nutmeg State, recently being named one of the most innovative chefs at the 2018-2019 Greenwich Wine + Food Festival.
